Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StartupSeeker (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on StartupSeeker's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

AI-Generated Content

StartupSeeker uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide search results, analysis, and insights. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or incomplete information. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice
• You are responsible for independently verifying any important information before making decisions
• StartupSeeker does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You use AI-generated content at your own risk

Indemnification

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that StartupSeeker may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
