Traggert offers a hardware and software solution that digitizes and optimizes logistics procedures on the factory floor, integrating with existing ERP and MES systems to enable paperless production. The system utilizes e-paper tags and Bluetooth chips to monitor and control production processes, providing real-time location tracking and communication of up-to-date information directly to the shop floor. The solution consists of e-paper tags for displaying relevant information, Bluetooth chips for automated position tracking, and an orchestrator for position calculation, e-paper communication, and process automation. This combination enables improved order tracking, reduces search times, and facilitates efficient production control.
