She/Crea is a life design app for women that combines journaling, values clarification, and purpose-finding exercises into a single visual thinking space. It helps users assess where their life actually stands, identify their core values, and design their next steps, with an AI model that summarizes their writing without learning from it. The app is available on web, iOS, and Android, with a free first month and no tiers or upsells.

Problem
Most women spend the majority of their mental space on others consecutively, and nearly half cannot remember the last time their calendar felt like their own. Existing tools are fragmented — meditation apps help users feel better, coaching apps help them decide, and journaling apps help them remember — but none provide a connected space for self-knowledge and intentional life design. This structural pattern leaves women without authorship over their own days.
Solution
She/Crea is the first life design app for women, providing a visual thinking space where users can see their life clearly, decide what they want, and design it. The platform integrates structured exercises — including "Where I stand," an honest life assessment; "Inner compass," a core values visualization; and "Life's purpose," a process for finding the thread connecting identity to ambitions — into one connected workflow. An AI model analyzes the user's writing to draw links between thoughts and produce summaries in the user's own words, with all processing handled on European servers. The framework behind the app was tested with real women for a full year before any screens were designed, ensuring the structure holds across diverse lives and circumstances.
Target Audience
Primary users are women aged 18 and older who want a structured, self-directed approach to life design, including those who have tried journaling, meditation, or coaching without finding a connected framework for self-knowledge and intentional decision-making.
