Current systems often deliver fixed-output stimulation, failing to account for variations in neural activity due to body position, activity level, and other factors.

Saluda Medical offers the Evoke® System, a closed-loop spinal cord stimulation (SCS) system powered by SmartLoop™ technology, designed to provide personalized and consistent pain relief. The Evoke System directly measures Evoked Compound Action Potentials (ECAPs), which are objective measures of neural activation in the spinal cord. By quantifying the level of stimulation to a desired target set by the clinician, the system continuously compares the level of neural activation with the target level and automatically adjusts the stimulation current of the next pulse. This closed-loop approach enables precise and consistent neural activation, tailored to each patient's unique neural signature, resulting in more effective and durable pain relief.
