Solution
AEROMed provides purpose‑built, tube‑launched medical delivery drones that can be dispatched in seconds to transport refrigerated whole blood and critical supplies directly to the point of injury over multi‑kilometre distances. The system uses a four‑step, stress‑proof workflow—open the container, attach the payload, program target coordinates via a tablet, and launch instantly—requiring minimal training and no runway recovery. Vertical take‑off and tube launch give the drones a minimal footprint, while guidance combines GPS with visual‑inertial odometry to operate in GPS‑degraded or denied environments. The disposable AEROMed 150 model is optimized for lighter payloads when every second counts, and a CUAS variant adds a kinetic layer for layered defence in contested settings. By compressing time‑to‑care, the drones enable rapid resupply of blood and other critical items, supporting medics under fire or in remote disaster zones.
