Problem
Traditional pencils contribute to deforestation and landfill waste, as millions of trees are felled annually for wood-based pencils and paper waste constitutes a significant portion of landfill volume. This unsustainable lifecycle creates an environmental burden through resource depletion and waste accumulation.
Solution
Relife offers an eco-friendly alternative to conventional pencils by manufacturing them from recycled waste paper, thereby diverting paper from landfills and reducing the demand for virgin wood. Each pencil is designed with an integrated biodegradable capsule containing seeds, enabling users to plant the pencil stub after use. This circular approach promotes reforestation and minimizes waste, aligning with responsible consumption and production principles. The pencils utilize standard HB and 2B graphite leads and can be sharpened with any common pencil sharpener.
Target Audience
The primary customers are environmentally conscious consumers, educational institutions, and corporations seeking sustainable stationery solutions.
