The speculum features opposing bi-valve plastic blades that gently separate the vaginal wall, providing a clear view of the cervix and vaginal interior. Its side-opening design facilitates easier insertion and reduces patient discomfort compared to traditional speculums. Being disposable, the OfficeSPEC® eliminates the need for resterilization, reducing the risk of cross-contamination and improving clinic efficiency. The device is available with or without a removable integrated light source to further enhance visualization.
