Its core product, Nexus SDG Intelligence, applies a proprietary pipeline combining natural language processing and large language models with a governance-specific classification framework to analyze Voluntary Local Reviews at scale. The system extracts three categories of signal from each document—challenges, commitments, and policy actions—and maps every item to SDG and New Urban Agenda references, with each finding traceable to its source paragraph. Users access five analytical surfaces covering SDG coverage, implementation patterns, constraints, commitment concreteness, and regional signatures, enabling pattern recognition across cities and time. The platform is continuously updated as new VLRs are published, and the classification framework is versioned and documented for transparency.
