The approach uses the patient's own immune cells, trained to target and eliminate cancer cells, providing a tailor-made treatment for each patient. NEOGAP's approach identifies optimal neoantigens to target using a machine learning-based software platform called PIOR®. The company then uses its patented EpiTCer® technology to train the patient’s T cells to target the identified neoantigens by designing and producing neoantigens and attaching them to magnetic beads.
