Problem
Many industrial processes and engine operations release significant amounts of waste heat into the environment. This discarded thermal energy represents a loss of potential power generation and contributes to increased fuel consumption and carbon emissions. Traditional heat recovery systems are often bulky and not suitable for mobile applications or smaller-scale operations.
Solution
MEC (Mobility Energy Circulation) develops compact, lightweight binary power generation devices designed to capture and reuse waste heat from sources like industrial processes and vehicle engines. These systems utilize low-temperature heat sources (below 100°C) to vaporize a refrigerant, which then drives a turbine to generate electricity. By converting otherwise lost thermal energy into usable power, the technology reduces fuel consumption, lowers CO2 emissions, and enhances overall energy efficiency. MEC offers both stationary and mobile configurations to suit a variety of applications, including integration with truck engines and factory排熱 recovery.
