Problem
Organizations that rely on numerous documents—pitch decks, due‑diligence files, meeting notes—struggle to keep key metrics and relationships up to date, searchable, and linked to their original sources. This leads to duplicated data, outdated information, and difficulty verifying facts across the knowledge base.
Solution
Merivia builds a context layer on top of a company’s existing documents, automatically extracting material facts such as revenue, ARR, industry, and ICP and attaching them to the appropriate entity nodes in a graph. Unstructured claims are also stored but do not clutter the graph, allowing the system to surface patterns over time. When new documents arrive, Merivia detects and supersedes outdated metrics while preserving historical lineage. All answers are generated from the uploaded sources and include citations to the exact paragraph or cell, providing an auditable knowledge base that can be queried in natural language.
Target Audience
Primary users are investment funds, foundations, corporate programs, and internal departments that manage large collections of portfolio, due‑diligence, and relationship documents and need reliable, queryable intelligence from that data.
