MediSieve has developed a magnetic blood filtration system that uses nanoengineered magnetic particles to selectively remove harmful substances directly from a patient’s bloodstream. The system targets pathogens, toxins, and inflammatory cytokines with magnetic beads, enabling unprecedented levels of selectivity. This approach aims to improve treatment outcomes for patients with blood-borne diseases and conditions like Acute Pancreatitis, Sepsis and Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS). MediSieve is also developing programs for AAV Gene Therapy enablement by depleting pre-existing AAV neutralising antibodies and for treating Severe Malaria by depleting infected red blood cells.
