Solution
LF Printech provides additive manufacturing solutions using Laser Foil Printing (LFP), a technology that utilizes metal foils as feedstock instead of powders to fabricate three-dimensional metal parts. The LFP process involves laser spot welding, laser raster-scan welding, laser cutting with a pulsed ultraviolet laser, and mechanical polishing. This approach enables the creation of high-strength crystalline and amorphous metal parts with intricate designs in a cleaner manufacturing environment, reducing nanoparticle inhalation and dust exposure.
