Many women find it difficult to accurately track their menstrual cycles and identify their fertile window, which is crucial for natural conception. The variability in cycle length and ovulation timing from woman to woman and cycle to cycle makes it challenging to predict fertile days reliably.
Solution
Lady Cycle is a mobile application that helps women track their menstrual cycles and identify their fertile window using the symptothermal method. By inputting daily basal body temperature and cervical mucus observations (or cervix characteristics), the app determines the user's fertility status. The app provides a cycle sheet displaying temperature curves, cervical mucus quality, and other relevant information. Lady Cycle also offers a calendar view for tracking cycle phases, ovulation, and periods.
