Solution
InVivo Bionics is developing PRESSURO®, a system for continuous, real-time bladder pressure monitoring using a miniaturized microsensor. The system comprises a less than 1mm MEMS pressure sensor attached to a thin wire, connected to an external patch containing electronics for data storage and 4G transfer. The sensor probe, with a 4Fr diameter, is inserted into the bladder via a suprapubic approach, while the patch adheres to the skin, transmitting high-resolution pressure data to the cloud for analysis. This technology aims to provide clinicians with comprehensive insights into bladder function, facilitating more accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
