Problem
Property discovery is shifting from search-based browsing to AI systems that reason on user intent and select properties directly. However, properties closed inside websites, portals, PDFs, or OTA listings can be displayed but cannot easily become objects of AI reasoning, leaving them invisible in AI-mediated markets. Without representation infrastructure, AI systems must infer from scattered listings rather than accessing canonical, structured property data.
Solution
HomeSelf provides representation infrastructure that turns physical properties into portable, machine-readable knowledge through Verified Property Records (VPRs). A VPR is a structured, verifiable record with a unique immutable ID, computed from owner inputs, AI analysis, and data consistency checks, then published to a public registry queryable by AI systems. Each property generates an AnswerPack—a structured JSON document optimized for LLM context windows—enabling AI systems to read, compare, measure, and route demand toward owner-confirmed action. The platform includes a public registry API, semantic property-to-seeker matching, and an Observatory that studies how AI systems discover and select properties across 50 cities and 8 travel scenarios.
