Problem
Many industrial processes rely on fossil fuels for high-temperature heating, contributing significantly to greenhouse gas emissions. Traditional heating systems often waste a substantial amount of energy in the form of excess heat, leading to inefficiencies and increased operational costs.
Solution
Heatlift provides high-temperature heat pump (HTHP) solutions that enable industries to decarbonize their heating processes by recovering and upgrading waste heat. Their HTHPs capture waste heat from industrial operations and transform it into valuable high-temperature steam, hot air, hot water, or process heat, effectively replacing fossil fuel-based heating systems. By upcycling waste heat, Heatlift's technology reduces energy consumption, lowers CO2 emissions, and increases energy autonomy for industrial facilities. The HTHP systems consume 2 to 4 times less power than electric boilers by upcycling waste heat generated by the same process, offering payback periods of just 2 to 5 years.
Target Audience
Heatlift's primary customers are industries in sectors such as paper, cement, agrifood, glass, construction materials, geothermal, and metal, as well as district heating networks seeking to decarbonize their heating processes and improve energy efficiency.
