Their lead pipeline product, HS-001, aims to increase cardiac muscle mass through intramyocardial injection of iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. This approach targets systolic heart failure, including dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), old myocardial infarction (OMI), and dilated-phase hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (D-HCM).
