The platform continuously monitors assets with sub-second data ingestion, applies configurable rules and historical context to determine the correct response, and sends commands directly to assets and substations—executing curtailments, resetting faults, and dispatching setpoints without human involvement. It centralizes critical workflows including curtailment automation, fault handling, substation coordination, and market participation across day-ahead, intraday, balancing, and ancillary services. Full event logging, role-based access control, and audit trails ensure traceability, while OData API connectivity integrates with ERPs, CMMS, forecasting, and trading systems. The platform is delivered as five products within one unified suite, each licensed per site with Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers.
