GeoClear provides a neutral operational evidence layer that interlocks policy checks with signed evidence receipts before an action is accepted by a receiving system. When an agent, human, or tool proposes an action, GeoClear validates the attached evidence packet—verifying policy compliance, evidence commitments, freshness, and cryptographic signatures. Depending on the verification outcome, the receiving system can accept, hold, block, or reject the action, ensuring only authorized actions proceed. All signed evidence bundles are retained for audit and later review, while raw mission or enterprise data remains within the customer’s boundary by default. The platform supports multiple deployment patterns, including local offline verification, managed evidence issuance, and sovereign deployments for high-assurance environments. This approach enables organizations to enforce compliance, maintain tamper-evident records, and provide auditors with verifiable proof of each automated decision.
