Fivrec offers a full‑cycle recycling service that takes spent lithium‑ion batteries from collection through to the production of high‑purity critical metals. Batteries are first sorted by chemistry and safely discharged, then mechanically shredded to separate plastics, copper, aluminium, and black‑mass. The black‑mass undergoes hydrometallurgical leaching, extracting lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese and other valuable elements, which are refined to reuse in new batteries or other applications.
