HR receives only aggregate participation reporting—such as participation rates by department and team—never individual activities, streaks, or check-in answers. Employees choose their own activities from a 24-square card, decide what to share in social spaces and leaderboards, and can opt into anonymous display names. The mobile app supports streaks, badges, rest days, and a private team feed, creating a structured yet flexible wellness routine that prioritizes employee autonomy.
