The SINNAIS™ pump utilizes a state-of-the-art piezoelectric micropump to deliver precise, programmable doses directly to the brain, achieving greater accuracy compared to existing implantable pumps. The system incorporates a microprocessor for wireless control and communication, enabling remote monitoring and adjustments to treatment regimens. Cognos's microdialysis of brain technology allows for real-time monitoring of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for biomarkers such as beta-amyloid, with the ability to filter and return the CSF to the spinal canal. This technology aims to provide personalized medicine through customized dosage optimization based on individual patient needs and real-time feedback on drug efficacy and toxicity.
