Biilby provides an AI chat interface that reads construction documents—plans, bills of quantities, schedules, photos, and reports—as they are, without templates or data entry, and links related information into one living model of the project. Users ask questions in plain language, from the office or the scaffolding, and receive answers scoped to their role and access level. The system monitors the whole project in real time, flagging issues like a delivery slip that blocks critical path activities, and proposes options while humans make the final decisions. It works on the phone already in a worker's pocket, in the rain, with gloves, and requires no training—if you can use WhatsApp, you can use Biilby.
