Problem
Landlords and property investors often struggle with fragmented data sources, manual document handling, and delayed awareness of market or regulatory changes, leading to inefficient portfolio management and missed opportunities.
Solution
Scout provides an AI-driven platform that aggregates all property‑related information—titles, tenancy agreements, financial statements, and market metrics—into a continuously updated, single view. Users can forward emails, drop PDFs, or mention documents in chat, and the system automatically extracts and files the data without manual entry. Live feeds from HM Land Registry, Companies House, the Bank of England, ONS, and council licensing sources keep the portfolio current in real time. The platform monitors four key areas—sourcing, yield, refinance, and licensing—and sends alerts only when actionable events occur, such as rent drift, upcoming refinancing windows, or licensing expirations. All data is stored encrypted within the UK and is never used to train external models.
Target Audience
Scout is aimed at serious landlords and portfolio investors who manage multiple properties and require automated, up‑to‑date insight into their assets and the surrounding market.
