Arcos builds and operates Trident, a software system that unifies every signal from all connected sources—including alarm panels, video streams, sensors, lift emergency call units, and access systems—into a single object-based model. The integration layer maps each source into this model without requiring hardware replacement, so both decades-old and newly installed equipment work together. Signals are classified and enriched with context before reaching a human operator, who makes the final decision while all mechanical steps are pre-assembled. Every action is automatically logged to the object, creating a verifiable record in real time. Arcos operates its own VdS-certified alarm receiving center on this system, staffed around the clock, with all data hosted in Europe.
